Applications are invited from aspiring professionals / graduates in maritime logistics or international transport management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist export/import department managers in processing documents and preparing data for sea freight.
- Receiving and maintaining bookings from customers.
- Entering information into databases, processing Excel spreadsheets.
- Issuing sea freight documents.
- Selection and despatch of export documents as requested by clients.
Requirements:
- Preferably higher professional (technical, maritime) education.
- Experience of work/practice in transport companies/ shipping lines will be an advantage.
- Proficient user of office programmes (mainly MS Excel).
- Initiative, desire to work and gain new knowledge and experience are valued in candidates.
